Delivered under an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) model, this 1,800sqm commercial refurbishment at 123 Pitt Street was completed within a tightly managed 8-week programme, aligned with the industry shutdown to minimise disruption.

Significant upfront planning and procurement management of long-lead items enabled successful programme delivery, alongside close coordination with Knight Frank to meet their sustainability objectives.

The project included a full services upgrade with integrated IT and AV systems, enhanced acoustics, and coordinated MEP upgrades. Delivered in collaboration with Alkimi, the works were completed efficiently under challenging time constraints while maintaining quality and performance outcomes.
